Hi, my name's Joseph, but you can call me Joe.
I’m an all-around creative with no shortage of tools at my disposal. My user centered approach creates informed and intentional design. I love making things that look cool, but not at the sacrifice of solving the problem. You can come out of a recording studio with a song that sounds sonically beautiful, maybe even a little catchy, but if it’s a bad song it’s still going to be a bad song no matter the production value put into it. See: “Friday” by Rebecca Black for the perfect case study on this.
If the song writing analogy didn't give it away, I’m a former band dude. I spent most of my twenties driving across the country in a van playing shows with four of my best friends. As an independent musician I found myself wearing many creative hats beyond music including, designer, developer, copywriter and ad man.
My versatility as a designer allows me to touch every step of the process, from strategy to launch. I get to know the ins-and-outs of a brand, keeping them true to their identity across multiple areas and outlets.
